实录：中国购物中心国际论坛第六届年会开幕晚宴

2003年的中国零售房地产尚处于起步和发展初期。这一年，中国购物中心产业资讯中心（Mall China）在北京首创性地创立了中国购物中心国际论坛第一届年会，2008年已至六届。Mall China年会见证了中国零售房地产完整的发展历程。4000余位购物中心、房地产和零售企业的领袖和职业精英通过Mall China年会成为朋友、合作伙伴；而企业推广、项目展示、专业交流、业务合作，也都在这个行业盛会中得以实现，更使人脉资源获得空前提升。Mall China年会业已成为具有广泛影响的行业主流交流平台，成为了解和掌握国际和国内行业趋势、交流专业发展经验的首选会议。

2008年，Mall China将与全球最大的零售房地产组织—国际购物中心协会合作，与ICSC亚太峰会联袂举行，会议代表的视野更将从2007年的亚洲地区进一步提升到世界舞台。中国城市商业网点建设管理联合会、中国购物中心联席会议以及上海购物中心协会参加联合主办，也彰显出Mall China年会在中国零售房地产业中的重要地位和专业价值。

【汪洋】：我是中国城市商业网点建设管理联合会学术委员会副秘书长汪洋

【孙岚】：I would like to introduce the gentleman standing beside me, Mr. Wang Yang, Vice-Secretary General of the Academic Department of China Federation of Urban Retail Network Construction Administration.

【汪洋】：今天，我们怀着非常激动和振奋的心情站在这个舞台上，荣幸地主持今天的开幕仪式，与在座的各位来宾共同见证“中国购物中心国际论坛第六届年会暨国际购物中心协会2008亚太峰会”的召开，共同感受中国购物中心与零售房地产发展的专业成就，共同分享中国购物中心产业国际化交流与合作的盛大聚会。

【孙岚】：Today, it’s a pleasure to host this welcome ceremony, to share the achievements of China shopping center and retail property development, also to share the international communication and cooperation efforts of China shopping center industry.

【汪洋】：自2003年中国购物中心产业信息中心Mall China，在北京创办中国购物中心国际论坛第一届年会以来，至今已达六届。作为中国零售房地产和购物中心行业的代表性盛会，每年的Mall China年会都力求以创新视角，谋求行业中各个重要角色对现实问题的深度剖析，力邀国内外最具影响的业内专家和企业高层就自身最为擅长的专业和经验进行精辟讲解。

【孙岚】：Since the 2003 Mall China International Symposium in Beijing, Mall China has held six annual conferences . As the top event in Chinese retail real estate and shopping centers industry, each annual conference of Mall China has been helping investors/developers, retailers, operators, and related service agencies, giving them insight into the industry from innovative perspectives. 【孙岚】：Over the past 6 years, Mall China has developed rapidly, with all your support and guidance; so at this point, we would like to thank all our old friends and new friends for their contribution in Mall China’s development and the development of China’s shopping center industry. Thank you.

【汪洋】：2008年1月，中国购物中心产业信息中心主任郭增利先生与国际购物中心协会全球副总裁Marvin Morrison先生在北京正式签署协议，两个在国际和国内商业地产领域具有广泛影响的代表性机构成为战略合作伙伴，开始了全面的会务合作，本次年会是双方建立战略合作关系以来联合迈出的新步伐。

【孙岚】：In January 2008, Mr. Guo Zengli, president of Mall China signed an official agreement with Mr. Marvin Morrison, Vice-president of ICSC in Beijing. The two representative organizations at home and overseas became cooperative partners, and this annual conference is the new step with our joint effort.

【汪洋】：衷心期待双方的合作能够结出丰硕的成果，为中国购物中心和商业地产的健康、和谐、有序、专业化、国际化的发展和提高，发挥积极的推动作用。

【孙岚】：We hope our cooperation will promote the industry development globally.
